NO SUPPORT & NO WAY TO CONTACT SUPPORT
I use this software on my iPhone, iPad and my Macbook Pro. It is great software.
***THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART OF MY REVIEW***
My problem is that there is no support whatsoever. Oh, the company has a support web page but no way to contact anyone in support. They even have a phone for support and an answering will answer but it directs you to a company directory where no one is listed and no options are available for support.
This is a major fail. The least the company could do is provide email support.
Again, I really like the program but I despise companies that provide links for support but don’t provide any REAL support and for that I give them 1 star.
Provide some REAL support for your product and I will gladly change my review to 5 stars.
