Update is Fixed Tech support Great!
This is an update to my first review. Things have been fixed and tech support was very responsive. If your are still having issues with Pro Upgrade after purchase here is what I was told to do. Deleate the App, restart your mac, redownload it from the app store, click on the upgrade, enter your password for the app store, you may have to do it twice, the upgrade should go through. Once it goes through click to register your purchase with an email address if you have to restore the app. This worked for me on two macs. Make sure you restart your Mac after delating the app. I am late in posting this update as tech support helped me on April 2 immediately after I contacted them through their web sight.
